When using the combined fields filter on a view, the displayed results are filtered, but the exported CSV does not reflect the displayed results.
Create a view for a content-type with text searchable fields and content.
Add a display including the text searchable fields.
Add a combined fields filter for the above fields.
Create data-export display attached to previous display and configure with CSV output format.
Open display, filter results and export CSV.
Observe the exported results are not filtered.

It's likely this issue predates Contrib.social: some issue and comment data are missing.
I can't reproduce this with the latest version of Drupal and Views Data Export, the combined filter was working just fine for me.
Please re-open with more information if you can reproduce it, and provide an export of your configured view, if possible.
