Getting an error when trying to create a Salesforce Authorization Provider

Error: Class 'OAuth\OAuth2\Service\Salesforce' not found in require() (line 19 of modules/salesforce/src/SalesforceAuthProviderPluginBase.php).
All key dependencies should be loaded correctly.
When selecting Auth Provider JWT no fields are provided to allow for adding key information.
