DAM not sync on Drupal using the notification

Problem/Motivation

Hello,

I'm testing the sync with DAM and Drupal. I found issue when I use the "Enable notification-based synchronization".

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a page with asset(Image) on DAM and published.
2. Upadate the asset on DAM, changed metadata, new version of file, activate/deactive.
3. Wait run the cron
4. In the log on queue: "Total items in the queue: 0"

I changed the "Asset refresh interval" and cron execution with different values and tested, still the same behavior.

Using the "Manual Asset Synchronization" or disable the "Enable notification-based synchronization" it work but will sync all assets and will be take time to sync.
