When we create a scheduled transition and then after the transition has executed check the Revisions tab, both the revision where the transition change was created, and the revision created by Lightning Workflow have same revision date & time. We'd like the date of revision created by Lightning Workflow to show the date that that transition actually happened.
Edit a node and add a scheduled transition, save.
Wait for transition to happen.
Go to Revisions tab, and see that both dates are the same.
Patch `transitionState()` to save new revision date.

We're also having this same problem with v3.19. I see that supposedly this was previously fixed with https://www.drupal.org/project/lightning_workflow/issues/3022898 → so I'm not sure why it still doesn't seem to be working correctly.
