"Nudge" mockup (discussion)

I've created an initial mockup of how I see a "Discussion nudge" system implemented in drupal.org issue queue. This is by no means a final mockukp, nor has anything been decided about if/how/when it is implemented.

The general idea is that a as-yet-undetermined groups of Drupal.org user will have the ability to post "nudges" in issue queue discussions when necessary. These "nudges" will be pre-written and generic in nature and serve as a reminder of the Code of Conduct → , and our Values and Principles → .

The goal of this mockup is to encourage discussion about its possible implementation.

Mockup 2 (token-based nudges)

Summary of comments (as of Oct 11, 2020):

• Suggestion that nudges be visually distinct from other comments.
• Suggestion that nudges posted anonymously not allowed to be customized.
• Suggestion that custom text only be allowed before or after the standard nudge text.
• Suggestion that nudges be added via a token.
