D9 drush colorbox-plugin: Call to undefined method

Problem/Motivation

My System: Drupal 9.0.6

I was trying to install the 3rd-Party library for Colorbox using the suggested approach by using the drush command.

drush colorbox-plugin

Installation worked. 3rd Party library was installed correctly.
Nevertheless there was an error message:

Error: Call to undefined method Drupal\Core\Logger\LoggerChannel::success() in drush_colorbox_plugin() (line 95 of                                             [error]
/var/www/html/web/modules/contrib/colorbox/drush/colorbox.drush.inc)

Probably there is an inconsistency between Drupal 8 and Drupal 9?

Steps to reproduce

Install 3rd party library using drush command on Drupal 9.

Proposed resolution

Use D9 API.
