#2968082 introduced breadcrumb links for redirects. in #3154473 the language prefix is stripped from the redirect lookup. However, the redirect lookup is only done by source and does not include the language.
As a result, the breadcrumb can be incorrect if there is a redirect found in another language.
Do not only lookup redirects by source, also by language.
The breadcrumb includes the correct links for redirects.
