Remove workaround for broken ExtensionInstallStorage::createCollection()

Now that #3152320: [backport] ExtensionInstallStorage::createCollection() produces error → has been fixed, we can remove the workaround here. This should only be committed once Drupal 9.0.7 is released, as that will include the fix.
