Views Tabs is not observing rewrite settings on Tab field

Problem/Motivation

Views format Bootstrap Tab doesn't observe rewrites on the Tab field in format settings.

Steps to reproduce

Create a view of type Bootstrap tab.
Show view as fields
Add fields including a title (or a text field)
Set the Tab field in format settings to title.
Rewrite the title field to truncate characters.

Observe output: the tab label is not truncated but the field in the rendered content is.

Proposed resolution

Desired output: observe views rewrites in tab label to allow long titles to be truncated (or any other rewrite rules applied).
