Since there's no further response in a couple of years and we're now testing the profile installation regularly, marking this issue as fixed.

Unfortunately, I cannot install the profile due to numerous errors and had to give up here.
- "Tally" missing: tally-8.x-1.x-dev "\profiles\intercept_profile\modules\contrib"
- "jsonapi extras" error: Update: jsonapi_extras-8.x-3.16
- "Address" error: install: composer require "drupal/address ~1.0"
- Theme missing: prototype-8.x-2.x-dev "\profiles\intercept_profile\themes\contrib"
- "intercept_event" duplicate error: quick_node_clone.settings "\profiles\intercept_profile\modules\contrib\intercept\modules\intercept_event\config\install" -> move to "\profiles\intercept_profile\modules\contrib\intercept\modules\intercept_event\config\optional"
that comes with examples (after: Admin name, password ...)
