Error when opening Custom Composite Source tab

Problem/Motivation

Steps to reproduce

1. create a custom composite, save it.
2. open the edit form and click to the Source tab which has URL like that: /admin/structure/webform/config/composite/{webform_composite}/source

TypeError: Argument 1 passed to Drupal\webform_composite\Form\WebformCompositeSourceForm::__construct() must be an instance of Drupal\webform_composite\Form\EntityTypeManagerInterface, instance of Drupal\Core\Entity\Query\QueryFactory given, called in /var/www/html/drupal1.localhost/modules/contrib/webform_composite/src/Form/WebformCompositeSourceForm.php on line 76 in Drupal\webform_composite\Form\WebformCompositeSourceForm->__construct() (line 63 of modules/contrib/webform_composite/src/Form/WebformCompositeSourceForm.php).
