When an existing meta entity is updated or deleted the host entity list cache tags are not invalidated. This causes host entities that are displayed in a list (e.g. in a View) to show stale information.
Override EntityBase::invalidateTagsOnSave() and EntityBase::invalidateTagsOnDelete() withj updated versions that also take into account the list cache tags of the host entity.
