Accelerated Mobile Pages for Taxonomy Pages

Problem/Motivation

For one of the projects we have to implement the AMP pages for sitewide use with Taxonomy Terms. Currently AMP supports only content types.
We need to have a functionality for all major content entities such as Taxonomies, Users etc.
For this issue/request we can start with taxonomies.

Proposed resolution

Since taxonomy is an entity it will also have a view mode available.
We create a view mode for the taxonomy and add it in the config
We add use said view mode and force that to be called on AMP pages.
We add check if the AMP is enabled for taxonomy.
We enable only that page to be the AMP
