Views offset setting unused

Problem/Motivation

Elasticsearch Connector Views doesn't use offset setting when displaying view.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a view based on an elasticsearch cluster with a page display.
2. Use a Full Pager
3. In the pager options set the offset to 10 for example.

Expected behavior would be to see the results offset by 1.
The actual behavior is you will see no change.
