Manual registration can't set status

Problem/Motivation

When adding a registration to an existing order, the Registration Status field is ignored. Instead, the default registration status is used.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to an existing order
2. Use the ajax functionality to add another registration to the order
3. Select a status other than the default status
4. The registration is added, but the default status is set for the registration.

Proposed resolution

When a status is manually entered, it overrides the default status.
