If you set up the App ID and secret + you facebook app at developers.facebook.com has Oembed Read permission, then when you render a Facebook media field or embed Facebook media to a node body field in CKEditor it should show. Note that in the next v4 release of the module there will be a possibility to embed Facebook posts and videos without any permissions from Facebook.
