Reopening because I think this is still relevant. It's not a task that Promote Drupal can handle immediately, but would be incredibly valuable for helping Drupal evaluators stay engaged.
We should have a form on Drupal.org where we send new potential end-users who want to learn more about the community and get onboarded.
It seems like the first step should be to create the onboarding material, or take existing content on drupal.org and present it in a more condensed/streamlined way for this audience.
