I got this Warning: file_get_contents(/libraries/smiley/plugin.js): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in _locale_parse_js_file() (line 1112 of xxx/core/modules/locale/locale.module) in D9.0.2.
The library file 'smiley' is a symlink. If I request: 'example.com/libraries/smiley/plugin.js' in my browser the file just opens.
