Tabs Menu Secondary Nav: Rearrange Order of items!

Not sure if "Interaction Design" is the proper component in which to register this request however, here is my objective!

I would like to rearrange the order of the Tabs/Nav items in the Secondary Menu for the User Profile!

(Do not care where the Admin tabs may fall - just the end user experience)

I have looked everywhere for this solution including of course menus, views, and so on! Element inspection takes me to styling for tabs but that's where I hit the roadblock!

Currently the normal user sees the items in the following order...

• Stream

I would prefer them in this order for the use purpose of my site!

• Stream
• Information
• Groups
• Topics
• Events

(May also wish to rename 'Information' to "Info' or 'Bio')

Can anyone direct me where to go to discover this setting?
