Drupal 7 is EOL but this could still be useful on D8+.
This patch converts spaces before % to non-breaking spaces.
This is a rule in French (and typogrify_space_to_nbsp() seems to mostly apply to French).
Also, characters don't need to be escaped in [] in a regex.
