Contact Sub Type Not available on form and edit field section

Hi

We have Contact Sub Types for Individual and Organization Contact Type.

We have Created 2 Webform, 1 for Individual Contact and 2nd for Organization Contact.

On both form, we want to show Contact Sub Type option (user-select) while creating the new contact. On CiviCRM Webform Setting form displaying these sub type, but on front end form Individual showing Multi-select with their subtype option and Organisation does not show anything.

When i visit Build section and Edit these field and try to see these option, These options are empty on both the form.
Type of Organization -> civicrm_1_contact_1_contact_contact_sub_type -> Edit -> Live Option -> Nothing
Same for Individual Case.
