Prevent Drupal (core? contrib?) bug of duplicate template suggestions for blocks

These were preventing key suggestions from even being able to be used, because they were bracketed by the duplicate suggestions.

Are you still actively using this module by the way? Would you like to be a maintainer? I don't know if you would have time to do so let alone take on core issues, but i agree with your assessments of where things should really be fixed in core, and keeping parallel issues for the workaround fixes here in twigsuggest contrib and proper fixes in core would be sublime.
