Titles in breadcrumbs are 'double-escaped'

The EasyBreadcrumbBuilder returns a double sanitized breadcrumb.

I tried to apply the patch - https://www.drupal.org/files/issues/2018-07-13/2979389-9-easy-breadcrumb... → - and it failed patching, so the patch is not applicable

Need to find out the source of the double sanitization.
