reCAPTCHA v3 - Add Ludwig integration

Hi

I ran some updates today and since updating from reCAPTCHA v3 8.x-1.1 to reCAPTCHA v3 8.x-13 when I submit my contact form I get the following error:

"The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later."

I confirmed the form was working after every update I applied and it ceased working after I applied this update.

I am using Drupal version 8.9.0 and PHP 7.4.6
