This appears to not be working in IE11. The user report I had was that this freezes and doesn't do anything.
I tested myself in Browserstack using Windows 10/IE11, the pop-up came up for me, but when I tried to select the language, it just froze.
I tested again on another page, and I was able to select a language, but doing so does nothing to the text on the page.
This may not even be an issue in this module, but rather gtranslate.
