hyperlinks not working properly

First, thanks for the module, very useful. I have found a problem with node tokens. I create a new notification and I want to add a link to the node (notification occurs when node changes state so I want the user to edit the node). In the body of the mail I use a text:

Please edit the report in the following link. Then I use the link button to create a url link in the word "link". I just write: "[node:edit-url]"

It seems to work, but afterwards, when I reopen the notification and try to modify the hyperlink the text that appears is "editr-url]"

I have realized this because the mails are not always sent properly with the token acting properly as a hyperlink.
