Distribution list erroneously shows 0 projects Drupal 9 / 10 compatible

Several issues have been opened recently (refer to related issues) that are connected to this one. Moreover, there is a Forum discussion titled " Why are "Distributions" in such a decline? → ".

Considering that distributions are identified as an ongoing Strategic Initiative → , it's contradictory for drupal.org to appear broken, suggesting that no distributions exist beyond Drupal 8.

I hope the Drupal.org maintainers will prioritize addressing this issue.

I made the change suggested in #2 / #4. However, I am unsure about how can I test if this is working. I can see in the code, that thanks to that little fix, it should continue trying to calculate dependencies.

Just merged the .gitlab-ci.yml improvements. I forgot to update the plan in this issue.

Since distributions are now either Composer templates or recipes in the future, there isn’t a great way to determine compatibility. We should just remove the filter on search.
