The 'logo' directive is not working in *.skins.yml.
Nor does libraries-override seem to be working (to override the themes own library theme CSS setting), so maybe there's general (new) issue?
If possible, it would be very convenient to set logo and favicon per skin without UI configuration, but by something in the skin itself— even if only supporting favicon.ico and logo.png, with those exact names, in the skin folder (or maybe whatever names are configured in the theme).
