Adding Media Paragraph Type with image style options

I have setup Media Entities, Entity Browsers and Entity Embed, similar to this: https://www.lilengine.co/articles/using-entity-embed-and-entity-browser-...

Functionality works great in Paragraphs via the Text Editor paragraph type but the user experience isn't so hot. I've added a Media paragraph type with an Entity Browser and the UX is much simpler plus it shows more useful information when collapsed, however it's missing one very crucial portion: the ability to choose an image style (Allowed Entity Embed Display plugins). This functionality is added to the Text Editor via the Entity Embed button, but how to add it to the Media Paragraph type?

I feel like this should be possible but I'm just not looking in the right places... (I am also using Bootstrap Paragraphs.)
