EmbeddedParagraphs entity isn't available in Views

Problem/Motivation

I would like to create a reference of embedded paragraphs so that site editors can look up embedded paragraphs by label. At this point the EmbeddedParagraphs entity isn't available to be used in Views. If the view were created using the actual paragraphs entity, it wouldn't have access to the label field which is part of the embedded paragraphs entity.

Proposed resolution

I propose creating a views data handler for embedded paragraphs that would, for starters, include a relationship to the original paragraph. This would allow creation of views for embedded paragraphs and provide access to the fields and other data from the target paragraphs. I will submit a patch for my proposed resolution.

Furthermore, once this handler exists, it could be expanded upon as other needs come up.
