A user given ability to assign some roles with Role Delegate cannot create a the default "general user". If a user needs to be designated as "general user", an admin needs to come in and re-save the user with 'General user" checked.
Please allow for people using Role Delegate to set a "General user."

Role delegation does not detect "Authenticated" role. I want to allow user to crate users with this role only. Now I need to create additional role which is wasting my time, so i can select it.
