This was most likely fixed by #3117872: Form out of sync with more recent Taxonomy module updates → , so closing this out. Feel free to reopen if this is still an issue.
In /admin/structure/taxonomy/manage/product_categories/overview does not show translated terms.
After uninstalling the module, it works again.
