Dependency namespacing in info.yml

Dependencies in hook_post_action_example.info.yml should be namespaced in the format {project}:{module}, where {project} is the project name as it appears in the Drupal.org.

I included this patch in 📌 Drupal 10 readiness Fixed as I was making changes to that file anyway. If that patch is merged as is, we can close this issue.
