Fix Warning for js.map files in Vartheme BS4 theme and sub themes

when we load the page needs a bootstrap or popper js the files to request a map file to decode the minified file and because they not found on vartheme files they give a page not found in the logs,
to remove the Warning I think we need to remove the sourceMappingURL=*.min.js.map form a minified file or add the map file to vartheme files.
