Here is a updated patch with the reset button that works for 2.0.x-dev.
If you change in admin/config/people/nodeaccess roles for a bundle (e.g. add a role) and rebuild the access-permissions you have changed the "default"-grants.
On an untouched node these defaults are shown under tab "grants".
Once you changed the node's grants, changes on default are ignored (as expected).
It would be nice to kick the individual node's grants settings, so grants are "default" again.
