Translations have improved some. But, Zip Code label does not translate and there's no UI for adding a translation for this. Any suggestions on next steps to get missing Address labels translated?

I am working on translating a webform, but I cannot find the translation method for Advanced Address field label values. How and where can I add the translations for these labels (Zip Code, State, etc)? String Overrides does not work, and the values (except for the overall field title) are not available in the translated YAML.
