Warning: Invalid argument supplied for commerce_pos_form_commerce_pos_order_lookup_alter()

Found this little bug when there are no POS orders available to lookup.

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in commerce_pos_form_commerce_pos_order_lookup_alter() (line 138 of /var/www/html/web/modules/contrib/commerce_pos/modules/receipt/commerce_pos_receipt.module) #0 /var/www/html/web/core/includes/bootstrap.inc(596): _drupal_error_handler_real(2, 'Invalid argumen...', '/var/www/html/w...', 138, Array) #1

So, I've rolled up a patch to fix this.

This happens when there is no order table to build. So we should check whether the form state has order_ids ... less code indentation ftw.
