Drupal Diversity Inclusion Switzerland Roadmap

One of my goals for this year is to increase Diversity Inclusion for Drupal Switzerland.

We already had some successes for Drupal Mountain Camp and it would be great to increase diversity for other parts of the association (board members, association members, speakers at local events, ...).

Goal: come up with a roadmap to improve Diversity Inclusion for Drupal Switzerland.

Some initial ideas:

• Define KPIs for measuring Diversity Inclusion for the assocation (members, meetup speakers, events)
• Train Code of Conduct Contacts to be available at events, see https://www.drupal.org/community/cwg/blog/announcing-the-2020-series-of-... →
• Document how to run inclusive association events (speakers, timing, contents, code of conduct)
• Start collaboration with related initiatives such as DDI (https://www.drupaldiversity.com/), Witty Works (https://www.witty.works/), Global CFP day (https://www.globaldiversitycfpday.com/)
• Setup a speaker training i.e. with Jill Binder ( https://www.drupal.org/blog/increasing-drupal-speaker-diversity → )
