There are links, that allow internal references in a field. So, for integrity reasons we should consider get entities from this field type.
I checked that DependencyFieldMapGenerator service and it doesn't return entities from link fields. We could add new methods in EntityReferenceIntegrityEntityHandler that can scan this field type, and then check for any entity reference.
