Facilitate on-demand account creation based on access token payload

Hello,

I need to navigate between several Drupal sites. These sites are private and protected by a login form. By default, we must create accounts on each Drupal, and we must make several authentications.

With Simple OAuth, Is there a possibility to login me on a Drupal and navigate on the other Drupal sites? I don't need to get datas on JSON format, CSV... just be connected to each site. I don't see really how to proceed for this and how to configure a system for this.
