First of all: thanks for writing this module. This was exactly what we were looking for :)
We want to use this for a site which uses Bigpipe, and since we also have quite some anonymous traffic, we use Bigpipe Sessionless ( https://www.drupal.org/project/big_pipe_sessionless → ), a somewhat less-known module to also enable Bigpipe for sessionless traffic.
Bigpipe Sessionless needs to PageCache::storeResponse() function to be public, so they write a public wrapper around this function called BigPipeSessionlessPageCache::_storeResponse(). In order to make this module work with Bigpipe Sessionless, we also need to implement it.
I will attach a patch for it.
