When testing this locally, I noticed that if I enter a value in the "Header styles" and turn on "Exclude admin", I started seeing warnings: "Warning: Undefined array key 1 in Drupal\Core\Render\HtmlResponseAttachmentsProcessor->processHtmlHead() (line 396 of core/lib/Drupal/Core/Render/HtmlResponseAttachmentsProcessor.php)."
I didn't test much further, because I'm only planning to use this to add scripts. Adding scripts didn't seem to cause the same warning.
