Styles dropdown empty in CKEditor in Rich Text Component

Steps to Reproduce

1. With a standard Drupal, enable LB Kit and CK Editor.
2. Add the "Styles" button to the "Full HTML" text formats and editors (admin/config/content/formats)
3. Place a Rich Text component on a LB page and set the text format to Full HTML
4. Click in the text area and the image shows the result.

Expected Behavior

There should be some styles there by default or instructions on how to add styles in the documentation or both (both is preferred).
