I have installed this manually and am having the same problem -- buttons are blank and crash the editor. Drupal Core 8.8.0 (latest), CKEditor Plugin 4.13. Plugin installed in Libraries. Module added is https://ftp.drupal.org/files/projects/ckeditor_find-8.x-1.0-beta1.tar.gz. Attempting to add buttons to "full html"
I uninstalled and reinstalled twice.
