Background image not displaying

Hi,
The background image stopped displaying after upgrading to Drupal 8.8.0. Don't know if this is an issue from the module or Drupal core. Everything looks fine except the css is not being applied anymore (I have included the proper selector in the css settings) and on Field Settings this error appears:
