Decode HTML entities

Drupal 7 version of the module was decoding html entities prior to rendering them into a file. This is no longer the case with a Drupal 8 version.

We can possibly add it as an option for Settings form, similarly to Strip HTML and Trim whitespace.

The patch in #4 worked for me, but it took a while for me to figure out that this will only work when the export is set to "batch" mode.

Perhaps if this is approved it should have a disclaimer for this in the configuration description.
