Default OAuth2 token config does not match imported state

Hey there, thanks for this really cool module!

It works great, I just found a (very) minor annoyance:
After installing the simple_oauth module and exporting the configuration the OAuth2 token config differs from the config provided by the module in a subtle way. The shipped configuration is missing the dependencies key. There is no functional bug here, but this can be annoying when diffing configuration and when using the Config Overlay → module.
