Auto logout should check the user activity based on the Timeout set by the user and not every minute

Issue:

Autologout checks the user activity, every minute. Due to that what happens is, when the user sets a timeout of 15 minutes, when the user was active on the 13th minute, they still get logged out on the 15th minute.

Proposed solution:

The user activity should be checked based on the localSettings.timeout
