As explained in the parent issue, now that #3094842: Add an Unimplemented Feature notification → has been committed we have to go through the UI and mark any unimplemented feature as unimplemented. I'll do this all in this issue, with multiple patches.
Here's the first, to mark "Add loop" as unimplemented.
