When creating an order via the "commerce/order/create" endpoint the user profile owner is set to "Anonymous (not verified)" instead of to the user who created the order. Even if a user profile already exists with the correct owner and the user profile type settings do not allow multiple profiles the owner of the existing profile is overwritten and set to "Anonymous (not verified)".
